How do I know what is the type of flowers I purchased? And how do I care for the flowers?

We do have fresh blooms (fresh cut flowers) and everlasting series (artificial flowers, dried flowers, preserved flowers) listed on web. 

You will know what types of flowers are being used in the particular product you purchased, by referring Product Info (scroll down after the displayed photos). 

In summary, 

  • Fresh Cut Flowers
    - Generally may last 1 to 3 days based on our local weather & humidity level
    To prolong the lifespan of fresh flowers, keep the flowers in ventilated room & avoid direct exposure of sunlights
    - Trim the stems at 45-degree angle before placing them in a vase filled will clean water

  • Dried & Preserved Flowers
    - Generally may last up to few months to a year depending on surrounding humidity level and environment
    - Keep them away from direct exposure of sunlights & high humidity areas such as bathroom or kitchen
    - No watering is required

Order & Payment

Do you provide same-day delivery?

We do not provide same-day delivery, kindly place your order 2-7 days in advance.
For urgent orders (e.g. next day delivery), please DM us on Instagram @feeltheflowers_ and we will get back to you shortly.

How do I order?

Select your preferred flowers from the website together with the available options and add to cart. Do remember to indicate your preferred date of delivery.

If you have any personal message to be delivered together, please input them to the field provided with a max of 200 characters allowed. Please note the sender's name will be default as anonymous unless otherwise stated.

Check out by entering the relevant details. Upon completion of checking out, do note that your order is not confirmed yet.

How do I pay?

After we have processed and ensured that we are able to take your order, a message with the payment instructions will be sent to you via email or text (please provide your contact number for payment processing).

Your order will only be confirmed and further processed after the payment is fully made. Currently, we are only accepting PayNow, PayLah! and bank transfer as payment methods.

Payment is required to be made ASAP (or by the timeline given) after receiving payment instructions, and forward us a copy of payment proof.

Any order with no payment is NOT confirmed. We reserve the rights for not accepting the orders if we are fully booked.

Upon verification of your payment, a confirmation will be sent to you via email or text.​

 

Delivery

What is your complimentary delivery? 

We offer complimentary island-wide delivery (except to the following locations) for every purchase.

  • Airline Road & Alps Ave

  • Army Camps / Police Camps

  • Jurong Island

  • Penjuru

  • Tuas

  • Sentosa Island

  • Airports 

The complimentary delivery time slot is 10am to 6pm (selection of delivery time is strictly not allowed).​​

What is your specific delivery?

In the event the surprise has to be reached recipient at a specific time, we may arrange express 2 hours (e.g. 1pm to 3pm) delivery at surcharge S$25 per delivery (all proceeds will go to external delivery personnel). Do indicate the timing in the comments/notes upon carting out. 

Please note the specific 2 hours delivery time slot shall fall within our business operation hours, i.e. from 10am to 6pm. ​​​

 
 

Self Collection (Unavailable)

Is self collection at your store available?

No, self collection is not available. All orders will be fulfilled via deliveries only.​​​

General

Can I request for customized arrangements? 

Yes, please drop us an email at feeltheflowers@outlook.com with budget, picture reference and preferred selection of flowers for discussion at least 7 days before the required date. 

Please note surcharge may apply. 

Can I make amendments to my order? 

For any changes to your order, kindly WhatsApp or drop us an email with your order details 3 days before so we are able to process your requests in time. Any last minute changes will not be entertained.

We only allow one-time change on delivery details (i.e. change of address), any subsequent changes will incur surcharge of S$25. Therefore, please ensure that all information and details such as address, postal code, contact number of the recipient is correct. 

Can I leave a message to recipient?

Yes, gift card is complimentary with every purchase and you may include a message before cart out. 

Please note that message will be in handwritten (max of 200 characters with no any emoji allowed) on a card and attached to your order.

What are the available payment methods?

Currently, we only accept DBS PayLah!, PayNow or instant bank transfer. 

Do you provide carriers for flowers?

We generally do not provide carriers for flowers bouquets as putting the flowers into a carrier may cause damages to the flowers & wrappers, especially for large size bouquets.

 

For bell jars & certain products (e.g. preserved flowers vase arrangement), we do provide a carrier for protection of the flowers & ease of carry.

Will the bouquet look exactly same as pictured?

Every flower is unique, may look differently by batches - affected by both indoor and outdoor environmental factors, seasonal availability, event and market variances in colour, shape and sizes.


Should there be a need for a substitution, the replacement will be of a similar theme and value without any prior notice.

We will do our utmost to assure the flower will look at beautiful as always.

Will you send me a photo of finished product before sending it out?

No, photo of finished product will not be sending out prior delivery.
