We offer complimentary island-wide delivery (exclude restricted areas & sentosa island) for every purchase.
Delivery timeslots:
- Morning Slot - 10am to 2pm
- Afternoon Slot - 2pm to 6pm
Delivery that requires a specific timeslot (e.g. 1pm to 2pm) or within a timeslot that is not stated as above, will incur a surcharge at S$20 per delivery. Please indicate the timing (at least a 1-hour slot) in the comments/notes upon checking out.
Do note that for wrong addresses, a re-delivery charge at S$25 will be imposed. We are also unable to provide an estimated time of delivery, our drivers will deliver within the specific timeslot.
If no one is present to receive the flowers, flowers will be left at the doorstep/reception/security guard with a photo proof. We will not be liable for any loss or damage to the flowers from that point onwards.
We seek your understanding that deliveries may be delayed due to the festive season & rainy season.
