V-day Blackout Period: 10 Feb - 15 Feb 2021*

 

During blackout period, surcharge applies for all products and selection of delivery timeframe is unavailable. Delivery timeframe is as follows:

• 10 Feb 2021 - 9am to 6pm
• 13 Feb 2021 - 9am to 8pm (extended hours)
• 14 Feb 2021 - 9am to 8pm (extended hours)
• 15 Feb 2021 - 9am to 6pm

 

We are unable to provide an estimated time of delivery, our drivers will deliver within the delivery timeframe.

 

Please consider taking a specific timing delivery (1-hour slot) at surcharge S$25 if the surprise has to be reached recipient at a specific time. 

 

Do note that for wrong addresses, a re-delivery charge at S$25 will be imposed. We are also unable to provide an estimated time of delivery, our drivers will deliver within the specific timeslot.

 

If no one is present to receive the flowers, flowers will be left at the doorstep/reception/security guard with a photo proof. We will not be liable for any loss or damage to the flowers from that point onwards.

 

We seek your understanding that deliveries may be delayed due to the festive season & rainy season.

Self collection is available at Block 606 Ang Mo Kio.

• 14 Feb 2021 - 11am to 4pm

 

Please note self-collection is strictly for appointment only, kindly drop us an email at feeltheflowers@outlook.com to make an appointment. 

 

Any visit without appointment will not be entertained.

All floral products are subject to seasonal availability of flowers.

 

Should the main bloom of a product be no longer available, we will contact you and work out a suitable substitution. Filler flowers may change depending on availability, we will provide a close alternative.

 

Do note that all product images are for illustration purposes, we will do our utmost to assure the flower will look as beautiful as always.

No cancellation is allowed for confirmed orders, applicable to all products to be delivered between 10 Feb to 15 Feb 2021 (blackout period). No refund will then be given. 

 

No changes shall be made after we have confirmed your order, please ensure the accuracy of recipient's details (e.g. mobile number, address etc.)
