* Cookies are handmade by our partner @tsum.shine with love, contains oats and almond. Best consumed within a week for optimal taste, and kept in an airtight container to retain freshness.

^ Bouquet is crafted by us @feeltheflowers, made of preserved flowers (bunny tail, hydrangea & rose etc.) with dried flowers (baby breaths & wood flower etc.) with an approx. height of 23cm x width of 20cm.

Flowers can generally last for 6 months with minimal care, follow our care instructions below.

Do not put them in water

Keep them out of humid places (i.e. bathroom, kitchen)

Keep them away from direct sunlight or strong light

Store and display in a cool place preferably at temperatures below 35°c

Do not press, bend or squash the petals or stems
We offer complimentary island-wide delivery (exclude restricted areas) for every purchase.

For this exclusive gift set, it is only available for collection/delivery on 14 Feb 2021. Delivery timeframe is 9am to 8pm; Selection of delivery timeframe is unavailable. Consider taking a specific timing delivery at surcharge S$25 if the surprise has to be reached recipient at a specific time.

We are unable to provide an estimated time of delivery, our drivers will deliver within the delivery timeframe.

Do note that for wrong addresses, a re-delivery charge at S$25 will be imposed. We are also unable to provide an estimated time of delivery, our drivers will deliver within the specific timeslot.

If no one is present to receive the flowers, flowers will be left at the doorstep/reception/security guard with a photo proof. We will not be liable for any loss or damage to the flowers from that point onwards.

We seek your understanding that deliveries may be delayed due to the festive season & rainy season.
Self collection is available at Block 606 Ang Mo Kio.

Any visit without appointment will not be entertained.
All floral products are subject to seasonal availability of flowers.

Should the main bloom of a product be no longer available, we will contact you and work out a suitable substitution. Filler flowers may change depending on availability, we will provide a close alternative.

Do note that all product images are for illustration purposes, we will do our utmost to assure the flower will look as beautiful as always.
No cancellation is allowed for confirmed orders, applicable to all products to be delivered between 10 Feb to 15 Feb 2021 (blackout period). No refund will then be given.

No changes shall be made after we have confirmed your order, please ensure the accuracy of recipient's details (e.g. mobile number, address etc.)
