Generally can last for 3 to 6 months with minimal care, follow our care instructions below.

Do not put them in water

Keep them out of humid places (i.e. bathroom, kitchen)

Keep them away from direct sunlight or strong light

Store and display in a cool place preferably at temperatures below 35°c

Do not press, bend or squash the petals or stems

Balloon is air-inflated balloon, it generally will stay inflated for 1 to 3 days and slowly deflate. Therefore, it is adviseable to only delivery or self-collect your order one day before or on the actual day.
We offer complimentary island-wide delivery for every purchase.

Delivery timeslots:

Morning Slot - 10am to 2pm

Afternoon Slot - 2pm to 6pm

Delivery that requires a specific timeslot (e.g. 1pm to 2pm) or within a timeslot that is not stated as above, will incur a surcharge at S$20 per delivery. Please indicate the timing (at least a 1-hour slot) in the comments/notes upon checking out.

Do note that for wrong addresses, a re-delivery charge at S$25 will be imposed. We are also unable to provide an estimated time of delivery, our drivers will deliver within the specific timeslot.

If no one is present to receive the flowers, flowers will be left at the doorstep/reception/security guard with a photo proof. We will not be liable for any loss or damage to the flowers from that point onwards.

We do not deliver to restricted areas.
All floral products are subject to seasonal availability of flowers.

Should the main bloom of a product be no longer available, we will contact you and work out a suitable substitution. Filler flowers may change depending on availability, we will provide a close alternative.

Do note that all product images are for illustration purposes, we will do our utmost to assure the flower will look as beautiful as always.
