What are preserved flowers?

Preserved flowers are real and natural flowers that have undergone a special chemical process to maintain their beauty and freshness with no need for water or sunlight. 

Typically preserved flowers can last up to 1 year with minimal care, follow our care instructions below.

  • Do not put them in water

  • Keep them out of humid places (i.e. bathroom, kitchen)

  • Keep them away from direct sunlight or strong light

  • Store and display in a cool place preferably at temperatures below 35°c

  • Do not press, bend or squash the petals or stems

The colour of preserved flowers may fade naturally, depending on the environment.

What are dried flowers?

Dried flowers are real flowers that have undergone a dry process by dehydrating naturally, placing them face down. Once completely dry, they can undergo a colouration and setting treatment so that they regain some of their original appearance.

Typically last up to 3 months or more. They are more fragile than fresh flowers and preserved flowers, their branches and stems break easily, the colour gradually fades and the petals fall off or break.

What are artificial soap flowers?

Soap flowers are not real flowers, they are crafted from high-quality soaps with nice fragrance. Each flower undergoes a special and intricate process to preserve the quality and integrity of the petals which are then dyed with rich and outstanding colours.

Typically soap flowers can last up to 6 months with minimal care, follow our care instructions below.

  • Do not put them in water

  • Keep them out of humid places (i.e. bathroom, kitchen)

  • Keep them away from direct sunlight or strong light

  • Store and display in a cool place preferably at temperatures below 35°c

  • Do not press, bend or squash the petals or stems

The colour of soap flowers may fade naturally, depending on the environment.

What are fresh flowers?

Fresh flowers are real and natural cut flowers, they may last 1 to 3 days or longer if properly cared for.

All fresh flower bouquets are wrapped with water covering the stems to keep them hydrated. 

 

It is normal to observe slight marks on the outer petals; These outer petals, also known as the guard petals, help to protect the blooms during shipping. The green streaks or veining are some of the common features of a guard petal. They should fold back and the marking becomes hidden once the blooms open fully.

 

To ensure fresh cut flowers last for a longer period of time, remove the wrappers and place bouquet in a vase of fresh water. Snip off an inch of the stems and change water daily.

 

Order & Payment

Do you provide same-day delivery?

We do not provide same-day delivery, kindly place your order 2-7 days in advance.
For urgent orders (e.g. next day delivery), please DM us on Instagram @feeltheflowers_ and we will get back to you shortly.

How do I order?

Select your preferred flowers from the website together with the available options and add to cart. Do remember to indicate your preferred date of delivery.

If you have any personal message to be delivered together, please input them to the field provided with a max of 200 characters allowed. Please note the sender's name will be default as anonymous unless otherwise stated.

Check out by entering the relevant details. Upon completion of checking out, do note that your order is not confirmed yet.

How do I pay?

After we have processed and ensured that we are able to take your order, a message with the payment instructions will be sent to you via email or text (please provide your contact number for payment processing).

Your order will only be confirmed and further processed after the payment is fully made. Currently, we are only accepting PayNow, PayLah! and bank transfer as payment methods.

Payment is required to be made ASAP (or by the timeline given) after receiving payment instructions, and forward us a copy of payment proof.

Any order with no payment is NOT confirmed. We reserve the rights for not accepting the orders if we are fully booked.

Upon verification of your payment, a confirmation will be sent to you via email or text.

For overseas customers, PayPal is accepted upon requested at a 10% processing fee charged on your total purchase value.

Delivery

What is your complimentary delivery? 

We offer complimentary island-wide delivery (except to the following locations) for every purchase.

  • Airline Road & Alps Ave

  • Army Camps / Police Camps

  • Jurong Island

  • Penjuru

  • Tuas

  • Sentosa Island

  • Airports 

The complimentary delivery time slot is 10am to 6pm (selection of delivery time is strictly not allowed).​

Please note that:

1) We are unable to advise or provide an estimated arrival time of delivery, our drivers will deliver anytime within the time slot.

2) In the event of the following scenarios, it is being considered as a failed delivery.

  • Unable to leave the arrangements outside the unit

  • The delivery personnel is unable to head up to the unit due to unforeseen circumstances

  • Incorrect address given / No valid means of contact

  • Any other unforeseen circumstances.
     

All failed delivery will be fulfilled on the next available delivery slot subjected to our schedule and a re-delivery fee of $25 will be imposed.

3) If the recipient is not present at the delivery address during the stipulated date and time, the default arrangement will be left outside the unit. We are not liable for any loss or damage to the arrangements from that point onwards.

4) Seek your kind understanding and patience that deliveries may delay due to festive and rainy season, or any other unforeseen circumstances; We are not liable / responsible for any late delivery.

What is your specific delivery?

In the event the surprise has to be reached recipient at a specific time, we may arrange express 2 hours (e.g. 1pm to 3pm) delivery at surcharge S$25 per delivery (all proceeds will go to external delivery personnel). Do indicate the timing in the comments/notes upon carting out. 

Please note the specific 2 hours delivery time slot shall fall within our business operation hours, i.e. from 10am to 6pm. ​​​

 
 

Self Collection (Unavailable)

Is self collection at your store available?

No, self collection is not available. All orders will be fulfilled via deliveries only.​​​

Cancellation & Refund

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation of confirmed orders must be made at least 48 hours in advance, anything lesser than that will be strictly no refund.

Refund will only be in form of store credits equivalent to the purchase amount, which you can use for future purchases on our website. Store credit vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

If your order is not confirmed yet (without payment), it will be cancelled upon:
a) receiving a request from you
b) receiving no payment or response from you within 12 hours since order placed

To make a cancellation, kindly drop us an email to feeltheflowers@outlook.com with your order number quoted.  

All promotion items sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. We strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges - there are no exceptions to this. 

Can I ask for refund after receiving flowers?

Customers are responsible for checking the flowers upon receiving them. There will be no any refund or replacement after the customer has received the flowers.
 
For cases of unsatisfactory, please contact us within 12 hours upon receiving them with a photo shows defects.

Please note we will be taking photos of every complete order before sending out to ensure they reach recipient in pristine condition and we engaged a reliable third-party delivery service to deliver our flowers with care.

We reserve the rights to take necessary action if any intentionally damage to flowers is being found.

 

Important Things

Every flower is unique, just like you.

Do note that flowers are seasonal, we will provide a close colour or style alternative if a type of flower is unavailable.

Please allow for slight discrepancies between the actual products and the pictures.

Flowers may look differently by batches, affected by both indoor and outdoor environmental factors, seasonal availability, event and market variances in colour, shape and sizes.

We will do our utmost to assure the flower will look at beautiful as always.
