1) Only products in VDAY Collection are available for 11th to 15th February 2023, all designs are fixed with no customisation allowed.

3) Strictly no cancellation or change of delivery dates after order is confirmed, please ensure both sender & recipient details provided are in good order. 

4) Strictly no selection of delivery time is allowed for 11th to 15th February 2023, flowers will be delivered ANYTIME between 9am to 7pm by our third party delivery partners. We are unable to advise estimated delivery time of your order, it is advisable to get your order delivered earlier before actual day to avoid any unexpected delays due to unforeseen reasons on peak period.
5) We reserve all rights to cancel or refuse to accept any order without providing reason.
